Andy Gottesman
Chief Executive Officer |
 Andy Gottesman is Chief Executive Officer of Gottesman Real Estate Partners (GRP), which oversees and adds to the family’s commercial property holdings, and Edison Investment Advisors, LLC, the family’s investment arm.
At GRP, Mr. Gottesman is primarily responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing the acquisition and management process.
Mr. Gottesman also is responsible for leasing and building operations at 1120 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan. The 750,000-square-foot property, also known as The Hippodrome Building, includes nearly 600,000 square feet of premier office space, one of midtown’s best-known parking garages, high-end retail space and Executive Workspace suites catering to small-space users. The building is owned in partnership with Edison Properties, LLC, which Harold Gottesman, Andy’s father, co-founded in 1956. Andy Gottesman played a central role in the building’s 2004-2005 repositioning to a Class A office building from Class B; the project included a complete upgrade of both aesthetics and systems, as well as significant re-tenanting.
Mr. Gottesman also has been instrumental in the recent upgrade of 333 Meadowland Parkway in Secaucus, N.J. The 138,000-square-foot property includes office, retail and warehouse space. The project, acquired in 2005, is owned in partnership with Bergman Real Estate Group.
Mr. Gottesman previously worked from 1992 to 2000 as a reporter and editor at the Chicago Tribune.
He earned a bachelor’s degree with distinction at the University of Michigan in 1992 and an MBA with high honors at the University of Chicago in 2000. He is a 1988 graduate of The Pingry School in Martinsville, N.J.
Mr. Gottesman is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a member of the executive committee of the Avenue of the Americas Association. He is a trustee of the Reeves-Reed Arboretum in Summit, N.J.

Joel S. Brudner
Executive Vice President |
 Joel S. Brudner, a highly experienced real estate professional who has worked for more than 20 years in all facets of the New Jersey commercial and residential markets, directs the operations of Gottesman Real Estate Partners as Executive Vice President and minority partner.
Mr. Brudner is responsible for sourcing acquisition candidates, due diligence and closing the purchase and financing processes, as well for overseeing management and improvement of properties. He also is involved in strategic planning.
Mr. Brudner worked from 1992 until 2007 at The PRC Group, based in West Long Branch, N.J. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the privately held real estate firm, he had overall responsibility for business development, financing and investor relations. Mr. Brudner coordinated planning for investment opportunities and capital strategies; he also oversaw leasing and asset management, including successful development projects in downtown Red Bank, Eatontown and Tinton Falls, N.J.
Mr. Brudner was instrumental in expanding the organization into a diversified real estate investment company with versatile services and capabilities. While at PRC, he served as president of an affiliated company that provides real estate consulting services to nationally recognized corporate tenants.
Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Brudner was Vice President of Asset Management for The M. Alfieri Company, with responsibility for the development, leasing and management of approximately six million square feet of commercial real estate. He played a prominent role in many successful development projects, including the renowned Metro Park campus in Edison, N.J. Mr. Brudner spent eight years at Alfieri, including four years as Corporate Controller overseeing all financial, human resources, and technology functions.
A New Jersey Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Brudner began his career handling auditing and consulting engagements for real estate, hospitality, and financial services clients at Grant Thornton, a national accounting firm.
Mr. Brudner graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in business administration and economics in 1981. He has been involved in several corporate, charitable and community organizations, and resides in Manalapan, N.J. |

Anthony Angelosante
Chief Financial Officer |
 Anthony Angelosante, a New Jersey Certified Public Accountant, serves as Chief Financial Officer for Gottesman Real Estate Partners and Edison Investment Advisors, LLC (EIA).
Mr. Angelosante has been with EIA since 1998 and its predecessor real estate company, Edison Properties, LLC, since 1995. He is responsible for the financial analysis of all real estate transactions, including modeling of properties prior to acquisition, and the financial oversight of properties after acquisition, including financing, tax and budget analysis. He also is responsible for the day-to-day management and tactical planning of EIA.
Before joining Edison Properties in 1995, Mr. Angelosante worked as an audit manager at Weiser, LLP in
New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Angelosante received his bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Rutgers University in 1982. He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
